    Plantronics makes some of the best voice communication products! The speakers are very clear. The mic has a great pick up and those I've spoke with using the headphones say its very clear.     Perhaps I got a bad unit but it smelled awful.

    It works, but it has a pretty bad smell and some 'stickiness' to it which is nasty. I had to use bleach wipes and lot of air and sun to make it bearable.

    Clarity & Comfort!

    The best wired headset I've used as far as: Comfort & Clarity in Calls. All calls come very very clear! The overhead is super soft and very comfortable. The earmuffs are also soft and comfortable does not hurt my ear in long duration calls. I keep my on everyday as I average 100-200 calls a day. The mic according to my customers I sound very clear and has great noise reduction. Bonus: This headset is perfect and sounds high fidelity on Spotify, Youtube & Netflix! CONS: I wish it had a disconnect feature. (No Big Deal) I prefer clarity and comfort over detach feature
