I have been using Jabra wireless headsets for years now. I actually prefer the earlier 930 model because it is easier to mute the phone, control volume, and it does not take up as much desk space as this one. The mute process is almost non-respondent on this headset as it requires a double-tap and for some reason the mute doesn't "take" most of the time. Maybe I am doing it wrong? Therefore I just have to mute the phone by clicking on a button on my soft phone interface. The LCD screen is a nice-to-have feature but not really necessary. I suppose if you actually had this headset for using both a landline and soft phone the LCD may come in handy. I love the comfort of this headset (and the 930). I prefer the 930 because of the headset controls but this is a newer model. I do like the magnetic cradle to guide me in putting the phone back properly in the stand. If I could get the mute and volume controls working for me as easily, I'd love this phone just as much as the 930. Maybe a YouTube video explains how to use the controls and I need to view that.
