We always shipped the package ASAP, the buyer bought the package on Oct 3rd, and the package was shipped out on the same day Oct 3rd. We always try to do our best, but we are really sorry we can't control the third part, special for the USPS, they may lose the package sometimes.Please feel free to choose priority mail instead of first-class mail. It's faster and comes with insurance.We tried to ship one more package to the buyer, but he left negative feedback and no communication.

And I didn’t get the right length either. Can I send them back for a refund?
