    Design is a little clunky

    The travel charger works great and is a great alternative to carrying a full size charger. I travel weekly for work so wanted to lighten my load. My only complaint is that the design is a little clunky, you have to assemble several pieces to use it. Also it doesn't come with the rectangle style Lenovo male end so I had to buy that separately.

    lightweight and compact

    Lenovo claims that this is 90 watt, but AC adapter is heating too much with my Thinkpad x201 (core i5). Same heating as standard 65 watt adapter which comes with my laptop. Also 41R4493 is smaller than 41N8460, but both adapters are 90 watt. So significant heating is the big disadvantage for me.

    Great Universal Adapter

    Great kit, but version I ordered only came with barrel connector. Cannot find the rectangular connector. Works great on my (2) T410 and (1) T440. USB adapter seems weak, but it does work.

    Great factory charger (AC and 12v DC auto power input)

    Factory accessory, doesn't get better. 100-240v, 50/60hz autoswitch, 12v input power adapter as well as a usb power port. (sadly not fast charge, probably predates that as a thing) Can take different tips that automagically reconfigure the output to match the tip, comes with the std Lenovo 20v tip and an L9 USB on a splitter, which is removable. This is a ~huge bonus as the cable right before the power plug is a typical high failure point on any charger, and what killed the (used) last one I had after many years of abuse.(comes with a nice mesh zipper storage bag to toss in your backpack)

    Travel AC/DC power adapter for Lenovo laptops

    Power adapter kit (90 watt) that includes standard electric cable (120v/240v) with U.S. pins, auto adapter, and airline adapter (less common, but still used). Somewhat complicated branching cables permit simultaneously charging the computer and a USB device. My wife and I have used these over several years. Lenovo transformers hold up well to fluctuating current, spikes, and surges. At full price, perhaps not competitive with alternatives at the same wattage, but at a discounted price, an outstanding value. Note that while we began with earlier model laptops (T60, T61p), we now use this kit with a T540p and a T450s, using a small additional adapter (inexpensive) that converts the round pin to the rectangular format of the current laptops.
