    Good Product. Good price.

    Bought two programs for two new build computers. Had hard time loading one program, had to call Windows Tech Support (took several hours to get it up and running). The other product loaded smoothly the first time. Once loaded, they both worked great. Delivery could be faster. Took longer than estimated time.

    A good OS, but set up was stressful.

    This review is for Windows 10 Home USB Retail. Windows 10 is a good OS, but I kept getting random freezes and BSoDs after set up. The many solutions I found online didn't seem to work. Tried updating Windows 10 to the latest version to fix it, but the mentioned problems almost didn't work (safe mode with networking didn't allow Windows to update). I'm not exactly certain, but one lucky try with Windows update managed to fix the freezes and BSoDs. The problems with installation are enough to take off two stars. With that aside, I have to say Windows 10's interface is good. Better than 8.1's interface. Sure, it's not on par with 7's, but if you have general knowledge around Windows OSs, then you will feel at home (more or less) with Windows 10. People love to complain about Windows ...

    Disc vs. USB ?

    My 2010 pc did not find comparabllity with the Windows 10 USB drive. I attempted to load Windows 10 to my second hard drive. When it re-booted during installation, it never resumed installation and froze. I then took the program to a computer shop, who couldn't install it either. I had to format my hard drive and install from the website. I only used the Windows code to register the OS. I think I'll stick with a disc because the USB didn't boot a formatted disc.

    It's just one more microsoft product

    I have used every Microsoft OS since DOS 1. This version of windows has so many superfluous features that I had to prune out many of them. Deep down, it is the stable system for which I was looking. After getting rid of the nosey feedback and animations, I really like it.

    Easy install, works flawlessly
