  • Good product

IT works just fine at at a reasonable price It was a very easy set up. The cards included with instructions and troubleshooting saved me unnecessary time with the (annoying) internet service provider answering machine. Have absolutely no complaints. A power cord included would've been helpful but it did give a fair warning of what was included and finding a matching power cord was not hard at all.

  • Excellent piece of technology

This little box works flawlessly when the correct firmware is added to it. However, many ISP's will be moving to Docsis 3.0 and these modems would likely become completely obsolete. This modem is great for anyone looking to learn how to modify modems, but it will not be too useful in the future since it may be obsolete.
