Excellent Wireless headset for virtual office
Excellent headset for virtual office! I use it with 2 connections: office phone and computer-USB and the sound quality is excellent. Battery last for more than a day in office - never ran out and the headset is comfortable- I forgot I had it on few times. What's make this better than regular BT headphones is the boom microphone, which isolates noises (i.e. from kids running around) and mute, volume right on the headpiece.Excellent headset for virtual office! I use it with 2 connections: office phone and computer-USB and the sound quality is excellent. It is made well and seems compatible with my office phone BUT I get a lot of feedback/echo which I cannot seem to resolve. The set arrived outside of its original packaging and without instructions for set up. I had to google how to install and reduce feedback but cannot get it completely gone. I often have to disconnect and use the handset...exactly what I was trying to do away with. everything works except the batteries.
batteries are bad. everything else works fine. i now have to purchase new battery packs for it to work longer then an hour
