Came in 2 shipments when first box arrived with empty server I was concerned, but the seller was quick to respond and clarify it was due to courier restrictions. Everything else arrived the next day and basic inspection shows everything is working well

Seller was responsive and helpful. Unfortunately, the item was DOA, and to be fair the response was to immediately refund the cost of the item. However, I am down shipping (which was excessive in the first place) and import duty costs.
