    Overall a Good Product! Work as expected

    I bought this product for the purpose of WFH. The instructions are clear and it is easy to install to my iMac and in turn connect to my office Workspace. The opposite party is able to hear me clearly, without my voice fading in and out like what I have experienced when I listen to the other party speaking. It’s a high quality and well build product. Love it! A few points to note (1) It may not be as easy to mount the earpiece back to the docking station, unlike the headset style equipment; (2) The earpiece may not be easy to attach to your ear and it takes time doing so, in particular when picking up urgent calls. Hardware and software installations are straight forward.
