I use this battery back-up for the TV and sat connection in case the power goes out. After hooking everything up, I unplugged the unit from the wall and the TV stayed on. I look forward to the next thunderstorm when the power goes off or just blinks to see if the TV stays on and I avoid having to wait 20 minutes while the sat receiver resets itself. I am pleased. JH

The UPS works well but it's only rated for 80%of it's capacity. It's supposed to handle 360 watts and I plugged in one of my 3d printers, which is 350 watts and the alarm went crazy! According to the instructions if it's at capacity it will alarm. Then I read it should only be used for 80% capacity? It does work well with my smaller printer so I'll use it for that one. I should have bought the higher rated one but was confused by the info in the description. It says 650VA. I thought that would handle both printers? But it's actually only 360 watts. So it works as advertised just not at the wattage I was hoping for. That's why I gave it 4 stars

It works perfectly, so far. I've had a few of them over the years. They help keep you in business with your desktop and other critical devices for a short while when the power goes out. Also helps buffer electrical dips and spikes during the storm season.

Exactly what I was looking for! This, with a $75 deep cycle marine battery, and my network will now stay alive for a couple of hours during a power outage!
