    I finally got it to work as a repeater bridge

    Its a good quality router with the latest DD-WRT install. If you are looking to use this as a repeater bridge, it will work. You will need to get better setup directions on-line. Once you understand how the config software works for different applications, this router becomes pretty powerful. I'm probably going to buy another one in the future.

    Extremely pleased

    ebay Seller flashed this router with dd-wrt open source firmware. This is already a highly reliable router from the factory. dd-wrt gives router additional capability such as increase transmission power to increase wifi signal distance. better access controls. Also, default settings of dd-wrt installed on this router are already more secure than this router came from the factory. This router plays very well with dd-wrt firmware & is the most dependable router I have ever used. Don't worry about 802.11 G & not N as the flexibility of dd-wrt gives this router better performance than any previous N router I have used.

    Spot on!

    Funny thing. I had this model with DD-WRT software set up in my office as a repeater. It got zapped by lighting. Finding the same model ready to go with just a few tweaks was terrific. Thanks.

    Would not want any other brand

    This is one great item for those living a distance from your DSL hookup.... your signal may just allow you 6mbps but with a tool like this it can boost your signal to maximum// IF their is a letdown it is the support software included in the box...forget it do not use it, go to Linksys and get the updated program. Otherwise it is a great product for long term use and added network security... it uses 128bit encryption...

    A Great Deal

    i got this used on ebay / no power supply / no software / $15 delivered / downloaded support from Linksys's web page / pushed the reset button for 6 seconds / found a 12 power supply in the drawer / pluged in the Ethernet cord and power and in a few minutes i had a wireless system up & running / want security ? easy setup thru the support site!
