The product was as advertised and a good working conditions. The seller was very helpful contacting the shipping company to arrange the deliver date. The shipping company was not to helpful I paid 350.00 and they did not brought the chair to a second floor. They not even contact us to schedule the deliver. I had high hopes,but was really disappointed.
I bought the LDV-DM702AUSK because I had a dual monitor setup and came to a situation where I needed to add a second desktop to that configuration. I liked that the switch allowed me to work almost seamlessly between boxes. It handled the printer, keyboard and mouse functions error free between boxes. Initially the video connection was also just as perfect, but over a period of a couple weeks the video situation really degraded. At first it was a single screen blink on one monitor. Then the blinks became more frequent and images started to breakup. The blinks eventually became a completely blacked out screen. I reversed video connections and the errant behavior moved to the unaffected monitor. It has been about two weeks since I unplugged and return the LDV-DM702AUSK, and my monitors have ... I bought the LDV-DM702AUSK because I had a dual monitor setup and came to a situation where I needed to add a second desktop to that configuration. I could be that I got the one bad switch out of the batch, but I have decided to move on to another manufacturer.

Went through three of them
I really need this solution of a dual monitor switch. I purchased and tried three different ones of these. Not a single one worked. First one only one of the two monitor outs worked, the second the USB would drop out randomly and the third just wouldn't work right, sometimes it recognized the attached computer sometimes it wouldn't, sometime when it started it would see the USB devices sometimes it wouldn't...
