did not follow shipping instructions, item arrived damaged, waited as long as possible to ship, saxophone does not work it was listed used it was pretty obvious by the photos but it was worse when it got here this seller either has no idea what they are doing or they don't care. and this is for the seller. don't treat people this way it can really f them over

The item was shipped on time not at the last possible minute. You demanded the item be shipped as soon as you paid for it which was not possible at the time. There were multiple photos of the item which you identified there being some damage which is why you were given a reduced price for it. The item was packed securely with bubble wrap despite your claims of it not being done. If there is an issue with damage upon arrival during shipping that is unfortunately beyond my control.
