Very good water cooler for the first-timers
This was the second unit I had bought. The first one didn't work right and I had to return it for the exchange. So, now once I had it for a while I can see all good and bad things about it. I use it on older core i7 processor. 4.2 GHz speed. So, the good things: 1. Very quiet 2. Efficient, but not perfect. My CPU temperature is still reading 55 degrees Celsius. But may be this is a problem with my system, not the cooler it self. I had it read the same on all of my other coolers. So, who knows. 3. Very good price. Now, the bad things. 1. Like I wrote earlier, this was the second tryout for this cooler system. The first one I bought was making noise in the pump. This one works good. However, this both were refurbished units. 2. Pros- Quiet , Very good cooling, keeps CPU under 60c under full load and with overclock, Amazing value for performance. Worth every penny. Cons: Had to mount the pump upside down with the Cooler Master LED upsidedown because if i installed it upside right the hoses had a bit too much resistance which could cause a leak .Only other con is you cant change the LED color, which i dont know why they didnt make it compatible with MSI mystic light , and other RGB motherboard controllers. Pros- Quiet , Very good cooling, keeps CPU under 60c under full load and with overclock, Amazing value for performance. Worth every penny. Easy installation. Fits most popular CPU's. Great entry into liquid cooling. Directions could be a little better for CPU type mounts and some instructions for any BIOS setting changes that may be needed. Still, I love it.
