    this model is discontinued but it is actually better than the new model Plantronics put out (I bought 2 diff new models from plantronics and returned them both) I think I am actually gonna buy another one from you for back up!!

    No way to pair it.

    It was not paring with my old-base, I even called Plantronics Tech Support and after 1.5 hrs the technician said that this could be defective. I tried to pair it with another base that I purchased the same day on ebay and it didn't work (its headset was fine since I also tried to pair it with my first base just to double check and it was fine so: this one was defective). I tried switching batteries and no way. Bad product... it was in a perfect condition but never worked.

    Be careful

    The battery is not the same size as original. When trying to insert into head phones it was thicker and had to be forced in but trying to get it out will be hard. Would be good if it was thinner
