I buy this item to have an external backup and i wanted to put a 4 or 6 To in it. But it doesn t take a HDD more then 2 To wich wasnt explain in the description. I had no idea of that limit and there was no description about it. I contact the seller to return it or try to do something and only answer me that he had a no return policy. so im stuck with a hard drive enclosure that ill never use...

I'm supprised someone with that much positve feedback would leave a negative feedback for an obvious mistake on their part, No questions were asked prior to the purchase and from the sound of it they opened the factory sealed package tried multiple drives that didn't work and then did the investigation to find out it didn't support what they have. It was marked as no returns so unless it was damged or not as advertised that is pretty straight forward and nothing stopping them from reselling it.
