    Great Sound - Excellent Value - Outperforms its price tag!

    I have owned this microphone for at least 17 years and it has been a very versatile, solid performer with no degradation over time. The shock mount works the same as the day I bought it. (Of course, I did replace the foam wind screen, just because.) The low frequency roll off, and 10 dB attenuator are bonus features at this price point. Overall, quite accurate and it looks and sounds like new - and I have used this for many projects, including, without limitation, recording people singing, recording acoustic and electric guitar, acquiring speech for computer recognition software, recording speech for voice-over narration, recording industrial sounds for use as evidence in court and to document commercial contract compliance, amateur radio transmission, and more.
