    An old school work horse that still performs.

    As old as these cards are, they still perform on a level that's above the newer generations (ATI 5000 series and nVidia 400 series) cheap budget cards. Put two of them in a SLI configuration, and recieve performance on par with a GTX 280 or 285, depending on the game and the level of overclock on the 8800s themselves. BFG OC cards plus watercooling gets the job done in that regard. The biggest disadvantage of the 8800 is the 768MB of RAM it carries. This can be a bottleneck in newer games, or games modded with upgraded texture resolutions. It can also affect the level of resolution and antialiasing available, making the card largely ineffective at 1920X1200 and above. For a 1680X1050 rig though, it is a good match.     Very good graphic card!

    The card itself was clean, had not bend parts and powered up easily once plugged in the motherboard. Its speed is quite comparable to the one I had. It holds through my graphics and SIG softwares very well. The screen refresh is very good, quite a change from when my own graphic card died; I ended up on a 800x600 screen resolution. The graphic card is noiseless, no whistling or other noises likes that. It has saved me from buying another computer (this one is old, from 2008 with Windows XP on it, and still running). The fact that the seller tested it and found it in good shape was a plus for me. The card works very well with the right driver. Luckily, NVidia keeps all their old drivers available on their site.

    Awesome Card!

    Amazing graphics card! I know that there old but they can take anything that I throw at them on just about ultra graphics.(I play WoW,CS:S/1.6,half-life, portal 2, and I also use the win amp visualizations a lot. I know that those aren't the most graphic consuming games out there but they look amazing with this card. I have two in an SLI configuration and when playing WoW in a 40 man raid I can play on ultra(with shadow quality and liquid detail set to one below their ultra setting) with no lag or glitches. These are amazing and for the price its even better!

    Excellent Card

    8800gtx is a excellent card for gaming BUT as for BFG Tech they went out of buss. So if something happens to your product your screwed.
