    Incompatibility

    The 2 handsets I purchase don't register with the base. They are either broken or the wrong model for the base unit. I suspect the later. I re-registered my existing phone to confirm that I a registering them correctly. My base unit is a VTECH 20-2431. I can't find a part number on my existing handset but I noticed that my existing handset has a lable "2.4 GHz GIGA PHONE" and the 2 that I purchased from you don't have that label. Additionally, my existing phone and base are 2 line capable. It doesn't appear that the handsets I purchased from you are capable of 2 lines.

    Added a 4th handset...

    This is a nice little phone system by Vtech. I have owned them for about 10 years, with few problems. When adding handsets from outside the original purchase, be sure and reset the base by entering in the reset code. You will have to reprogram all handsets (up to 4) by doing this, but it's quick and easy.

    Good buying experience

    This was easy and fast....trying to locate a new phone that matches our set when one was lost....found easily on ebay. New phone works with the system and works like it is brand new. THANKS to ALL!

    Okay phone

    I was a bit disappointed. I had the predecessor to this model. After we wore it out we bought this one and it is not as strong as the later model and the battery seems to expire sooner. But it is still a handy phone set up.

    Good price. Found what I needed

    My old key pad broke. The new one came promptly and works like new. The set up worked as instructions indicated Worked first time I tried it.
