Seller was prompt to reply with questions. I felt freight was high but he compensated in another way. I have not opened box since it is a back up unit but it appears to have been packaged well.

Thank you for the feedback. I would appreciate it if you could open the package and test the printer to see that there was no damage from shipping. The rate that Ebay calculated was higher that necessary. It may be something to do with the change in USPS rates for packages. I believe that I may be able to issue a refund on the shipping of about $20-23.
