I received two graphics cards in decent packaging. After extensive testing, the graphics cards were both found working, albeit with slightly noisy fans. However, the noisy fans can be forgiven, given the age of the graphics cards combined with the lower pricing. I ordered this remote, and after I hit purchase, I noticed that it wasn't shipping for 3-4 weeks. That was on me. At that point, I requested to cancel the order, and was told no, it was too late. I'm talking 30 seconds later. I was told to wait until I received it, then ask for a return. For $9 I am not bothering to return, I already purchased a different one from another supplier, and will keep it for back up. Pretty shady not to allow immediate cancelations.
