One of the better products from TP-Link
This is probably the fifth wifi adapter I have purchased that was TP Link branded. They were the cheaper ones in the $10-30 range. They were hit or miss. This one though has been pretty great out the box. I'm currently using it on Win7 so any Win10 problems you may have read about I can't speak on. Installing the device and drivers were a breeze. It's a cheaper and great alternative if you don't want to purchase the Asus PCE-AC68.This is probably the fifth wifi adapter I have purchased that was TP Link branded. Excellent WiFi Adapter - Designed for full width desktop tower
It's an excellent WiFi adapter. It runs WiFi download speeds of 230 Mbps easily. However, it does not fit a SLIM Tower desktop so I had to remove the metal support plate and install it without its support plate and there is an opening at the back of the tower.

A good, fast WiFi card.
This is the second-fastest 802.11ac card I've used. I found the ASUS CE-AC68 to be slightly faster, but the AC68 I had failed after 14 months This TP-Link card was easy to install, and gave me about 600 Mbps on 5 GHz and I am a good 70 feet from my RT-AC68U router, with walls, my furnace, etc., in between. I did not have the issues with this card which I had with the Intel 7620 card, which sometimes would just not work at all on 5 GHz. This TP-Link card was also overall faster than the Intel card. I can recommend this card for those looking for a PCIE WiFi card.This is the second-fastest 802.11ac card I've used. Excellent and Fast ! free your desktop PC from Wires.
I purchased this to release long Ethernet cable that I had to run from living room cable box to my office PC. (that is over 30 ft in distance. this is an excellent over all choice and one of the best out there. Very reliable. I have purchased another one for backup since then. I recommend this if you are in similar situation. Fast and great .

Full of problems
Horrible wireless card, had problem with the 5ghz band, never recognized by windows 10 pro. I purchased a generic wireless card for $32.00 and worked without any problems, this card retail price is $149.00 and should had been amazing, instead problems after more problems. Forget it about the tech support, they're useless.
