The removable flash is seated with the hot shoe terminal.High-Speed Capture streamlines photographing action or high-speed movement without an additional sensor module. The NX1000's advanced algorithm provides more accurate and speedier autofocus so you are able to catch those fleeting moments without hesitation. Manage aperture and white balance settings with automatic, custom, or preset options like cloudy, daylight, fluorescent, or tungsten light. With Smart Filter 2.0, choose from a range of filters that include The Tilt & Shift effect for miniaturization and the Half-Tone Dot for comic book effects. Emphasize specific colors within the image with the Selective Color option for taking your photographs to another level of artistry. Other special effect options include Fisheye, Old Film, Soft Focus, and Frames.Samsung's Wide Range ISO allows shooting in any lighting situation. At normal settings, shoot up to ISO 12800 for true colors and rich, optimal tonal gradations. The Wide Range ISO feature keeps your action shots crisp and clear.     GREAT CAMERA, LOVE IT

    This camera is great. I am an amateur photographer and I am still learning and this camera was simple enough for me to understand. I also bought a brand new photography studio for under $300 on eBay through linco. So for under a $1000 I have a professional strobe lighting studio, all the Samsung camera accessories, a camera tripod, a camera cleaning kit, and a professional camera that takes amazing pictures. I am so happy I bought this camera. One of the best features that I like is the WiFi. You can email pictures directly to your email or there is a Samsung mobile link where you can send pictures instantly. I have an iPhone 5 and this saves so much time connecting the wire to the computer and then having to publish it online. There is even a publish to social media. I work full time in ...

    Fantastic optics at bargain prices.

    Excellent optics!! Easy to use, and much more compact than comparable digital SLRs. Have blown up pictures to 16x20 with no loss in image quality. If your looking for a high resolution digital camera with lots of features and under $300, you will not be disappointed buying the Samsung NX 1000. Find one on eBay.

    the camera is looking good, take good pikture if you use the 45 mm or 85 mm

    the camera is good but with kit w-50 mm lens the picture is not very good it need better lens for it like 45 mm or 85 mm. The internet access is good and you can easy to send your photos with WIFI t laptop or internet.It capture HD video but the video is some of not good but if you have good liht the video will be better.Avtofocus is work not very good somtimes it did not work.At last you could not focusing with close up distans.

    Worth the quality but not for the lens zoom

    This is an awesome camera if you are planning on never zooming in on your shots. the factory lens doesn't get far at all. Its no good for taking shots more than 40ft. It has awesome features but the fact that they don't make a lens that works at a longer length than 32mm, makes this camera not worth buying.

    Great camera !

    Great camera ! Easy to use and great features. Being able to change lenses is just one of its better features. Smart mode works great in almost all situations. Reasonable price.
