    A Solid N900 Router

    This replaced an Asus unit that was fried by lightning, the second Asus to meet that fate. It delivers full 450 Mbps speeds but doesn't have quite the range of the Asus, probably because the Asus uses external antennas. However the Asus router was several times more expensive so I'm not complaining. Wireless N routers are a smart buy right now. The new wireless AC routers can cost up to several hundred dollars but there are so few downstream devices that support the standard that it's silly to spend that kind of money.

    Fast speed, amazing technical support

    Had difficulty getting it to work on my own. I called technical support and was guided step by step. D-Link tech support was AMAZING, the rep was extremely patient and knowledgeable. The router works great, very fast. I would like to give 5 stars, but only 4 because of the difficulty I had trying to get it to work on my own.

    Great value for money

    I found this feature rich router for a very good price. I did not notice any speed drops over wifi - I am getting almost as much speeds on my laptop as my internet plan is.

    Easy setup

    Bought a used/refurb .... once you find the reset button on the bottom (not in the user manual). An older laptop doubled in internet speed and a newer one tripled in internet speed. Pleased with the performance.
