The product was obviously defective immediately. The focus control was jammed and not usable at all, which made the projector totally unusable. There was a loose particle rattling around inside the unit, which indicated something was broke inside, as well. The seller was understanding and accepted the return and refund at no cost to me. I give the seller credit for his exceptional cooperation and resolution of the problem.
