This professional headset is a part of a comprehensive family of headsets that raise the bar on corded headset for enhancing quality and performance. This headset is also available in a USB stereo model for ultimate IP/multimedia experience. The headband features a T-bar specially designed to prevent it from getting tangled in hair. It also has break-proof FreeSpin boom with 360degree rotation. It is designed for special requirements in contact center and office environments. The BIZ 2420 NC Mono Headset features a Peakstop technology that protects users against sudden loud noises. It has a cascade of improvements pushing the envelope for the levels of audio quality, comfort and durability. Hand made Neodymium speakers provide optimum frequency response that results in a greater call clarity, fewer misunderstandings and better customer service. For its maximum reliabilty and durability, key details are made of surgical steel and the cord is re-inforced with Kevlar.

Good sound quality however...
Good sound quality however...its comfortable for only short periods of time as the dual cups create a ear fatiguing effect and less comfort worse in warmer humid weather. Hard to adjust mouthpiece to where you want it, good if you are in a noisy environment however, for me I use the GN 2000 now with a Polycom phone and I'm good to go

Works well with cordless handset that has a headphone jack!
This combination of Jabra headphone amplifier plus headset and adapter cable works well in using a cordless (non master station) handset with incoming and outgoing amplification. Great for telephone coaching. As the amp feeds off the AC, no recharging or batteries to worry about. Finally, a solution for hearing challenged professionals using a cordless handset with headphone jack.
