The toners were probably stored for a long period of time in a hot humid area.I got rid of the 3 bad ones immediaytely.
3 of the toners were defective--- the pigment colors leaked out. I was able to salvage only the yellow toner which did not leak. On a scale of 1 to 10 were were 1 is bad and 10 is good. This product would have to be immensely better to be given a rating of 1.
