Full story, I showed Seller an offer, sent an email before Seller accepted the offer requesting to deliver to Texas instead of Colorado. Seller accepted the offer, shipped to CO, item was returned to Seller who says they didn’t get it back, even though USPS shows delivered to return address. Now won’t issue a promised refund. eBay investigating now

Seller had very poor communication and shipping so I cannot recommend. I purchased and paid on 06/22/23. After no activity I emailed on 06/27/23 and Seller said they would ship next day. After no activity I again emailed on 06/30/23 and Seller replied 07/01/23 they would ship same day. Item was finally shipped on 07/03/23 and delivered 07/03/08. Seller did take care to pack items nicely but the overall experience was extremely frustrating.

Knowingly I purchased 3 expired photo inks. My HP310 printer said the 1st ink cartridge was defective, i inserted it several times with the same result (defective). The 2ed package I opened worked fine. So far 1 of the 3 ink cartridges I purchased was defective, won't know about the 3ed until I need to install it. I don't think the expired ink date had anything to do with the issue. The date was 01/2013 and its 06/2017, I've used older expired ink than that many times and on different brands of printers with out problems. I selected recommend because that is the ink I need for my HP printer and its OEM so it should be the best?? Good value because this was the lowest price I found. I selected Not good quality because so far 1 out of 2 Genuine HP 564 photo cartridges did not work.Knowingly I purchased 3 expired photo inks. "Re-manufactured" Ink Cartridges NEVER a Bargain
"Re-manufactured" Ink Cartridges are no bargain. I bought 5 "re-manufactured" photo-black ink cartridges (HP 564) for my HP Photosmart B8550 printer. The packaging contains instructions to ignor the printer's onscreen warnings about low ink and using aftermarket cartridges. I did this and began printing. The quality is terrible. The cartridges leak and they only print for a short time before running out of ink. The printer can't read the actual status of the cartridge so the only way you can find out when the ink supply is exhausted is by ruining an expensive piece of photo paper. "Re-manufactured" ink cartridges are no bargain. They are not re-manufactured; just improperly refilled. You may pay a cheap price for them, but you'll quickly ...
