    Works great. No drivers needed for Windows 10. But you MUST connect the auxiliary 4-pin Molex power.

    Exactly as advertised. NOTE: It seems you MUST plug in the auxiliary 4-pin Molex power connector, or even low-power USB devices won't work. For example, I had a USB 3.0 WiFi adapter that worked fine (at lower speed) plugged into an USB 2.0 port on my PC. But when I plugged it into this new USB 3.0 adapter card, Windows told me that the device had to be shut down because it was consuming too much power. After I plugged in the auxiliary 4-pin Molex connector, the device worked fine without an error.
