    big upgrade over old non-blutooth version

    The same headset handles my business phone AND my cell phone, I no longer need to put people on speaker so I can type. Nice upgrade! The distance I can go is about the same before I have issues with the headset but that is not an issue.

    Perfect for work at home agents

    Good Product... But...

    Range not as good and static interference at times compared to the Jabra Pro... But the Jabra Pro not compatible with many soft phones... Also,doesn't stay on correct channel all the time - gets lost... Still better than anything else I've found!?.

    Phenomenal features.

    Does everything you'd expect it to do, and more. Very intelligent in how configurable it is, as well as able to interact with the PC, etc. VERY few phones can pick up your cell phone, your land line (or VOIP, using OOMA, like I do) AND pick up a Skype/LYNC call.
