This book explains how to use your own body and some household equipment to get a good workout in. I was hesitant at first, but now after doing the workouts for a couple of weeks I know that I can really work my body and save so much time! I love not having to drive to the gym. I was surprised at how Mark Lauren can keep making "normal" moves so much more difficult with simple changes. I like the idea of being more functionally fit too.
