We have a few cashmere and wool blankets looked to purchase another these looked great. Purchased, it arrived no problem but within 48h the edge began to fray on two side with minor use. (we have no pets and no kids btw)
Contacted seller and sent them pictures of my concerns assuming I would get a reasonable response since it have been literally less than 48 hours. I was offered a 25% refund which is unacceptable then 50%, be careful doing business with these people
