The phone arrived in an excellent condition, no scratches on the screen. The battery life is not as good as I expected from the specs, but is OK. So far it works good, no booting problems common for LG G4 (2 weeks). But I can see the potential problem: when many apps are running at the same time the phone is really heats up, but for me it shouldn't be a problem, as I'm not a heavy phone user. In general, I'm very satisfies with the purchase so far.

Woe to those who would buy this. The SoC (CPU), it seems, comes unglued (desoldered) from the board, which causes the phone to lockup. I got a $200 brick after 3-4 months. I am going to see what LG will do now, that I finally got my pics off of it. IF you own this POS, backup your junk!! Here is the deal, you can try if you want: Put the G4 into your coldest freezer, in a zip-lock bag, without battery and back cover. Put the battery and back cover in the fridge (optional). After 1 hour it should be chilled to 10 below zero. Mine would boot then, if I popped the cold battery in it. I never put the back cover on. My G4 ran about 90 seconds to 2 minutes this way. Then it would crash and bootloop. Just refreeze and repeat. The point was to connect to my laptop to copy the files (pictures) on it. If I did NOTHING and did not touch the screen while copying, it sometimes continued working for 5-10 minutes! I have heard of people disassembling the G4 and "reflowing" the solder, but this is much more advanced. The freezer trick still works to turn it on, but only for 90 seconds at most now. Worth trying if you never backed up your pics.Read full review

i was able to find a great price on this phone considering the specs it has, thats about the only thing i like, biggest problem if you happen to lose or wear out your original cord or charger you got a dead mess and if you use the phone in your business like me it can end up costing you a lot of money,it seems this phone will not charge properly with out the original cord and charger its not usb compatible in my opinion,it was a nightmare with the little pop up saying phone will charge faster with original cord and charger,if you went to battery status in settings it said slow charging (no charging is more like it some times it would not charge at all)i tried my endless supply of cords and charger with no luck, even admitted defeat and went to best buy to get what i needed they didn't stock it,LG just wants to keep there finger up your butt, got lg refrigerator - lg big screen and more but no more LG!! i have long list of other things i don't like about this phone but bottom line is don't buy LG G4Read full review

This phone was in impeccable condition, and works great. The only minor detail (for those considering an LG G4) is that the stock charger is incredibly slow - it literally takes hours to charge. You can get around this by ordering a Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 charger, which this phone (along with a few other recent androids) is designed to utilize. But with that minor criticism of LG aside, the phone is powerful, great screen size, very customizable, and this particular phone was in amazing condition for a used phone.

Great size. It will take some time to get used to the power button being in the back rather than at the side as the usual galaxy one.
