My dad (who is 78) wanted a smart phone but did not want to give up his Jitterbug Great Call phone. So I ordered him this one and he is enjoying it very much. He likes the apps and features (he loves looking at the weather and playing games on his phone) and he has a much easier time reading and sending texts. I think he feels like the support for this phone is very easy to use. When he calls to talk to someone he doesn't end up talking to someone in India nor does he get put on hold for long periods of time. He can be difficult to please but he is quite satisfied with this phone.

I liked some of what I saw, but the operation of the system and programs was sporadic. Not only could I not register the phone and get a number, I found out this phone is not supported by Great Calls anymore. So much for my excitement and happiness over what I thought was a good deal. I don’t have money to get a replacement, live in an assisted living facility and now can’t communicate like I need. This 68 year old guy got messed over and feeling very sad.

I am disappointed because the phone will only charge to 65% then quickly goes down to 56% and holds charge for a couple hours. If I would have known that I would not have purchased it.

For seniors, it is easy to read and use. Multiple options, with voice typing.
