This Nissin Di700 Flash with the optional wireless Air1 unit meets all my expectations, and when using the TTL (thru the lens) feature, exposure accuracy is very good, tho when using bounce flash, I've had to adjust the output power, but this is VERY easy to do. With fresh batteries (I used recharchable Li) the flash would fire every time even while doing continuous shooting at about 2 or 3 shots per second. As advertised, as battery power weakens, recycle time will take longer, especially in low light conditions where the flash is firing at or near full strength.

Having looked at all the other solutions and having Canon equipment for years, trying to pair existing Canon flashes with my new Sony system was problematic. The only real solution was to go radio (instead of infrared) and the only system that didn't require added receiver was the dedicated Nissin system. Works flawlessly. I now have HSS capability!

So been using the speed light for about 2 weeks and I will say it's worth the price. Not only do my photos come out perfect, but the light is powerful and will boost my photography to new heights! It is slow you must take time between shots. But this is my first flash in 21 years of shooting so I'm happy

Instead of paying the crazy money on the Sony flash and wireless transmitters, you cannot beat this system. Works as advertised, and you do not need a science degree to operate the flash from your camera. Works as advertised.
