Had a sad & distressful experience with 1 of the 4 escargots dishes from set purchased---it arrived with a broken handle despite being well-packed. When I contacted the Seller they proved their commitment to Customer Satisfaction---offering either full refund through return & insurance claim OR partial discount to reduce final sell price to 50% of its original asking price. Though unhappy about the dish can only state that this Seller is to be well-recommended despite the misfortune we had.
