    Best menopause relief for multi symptoms and estrogen blocker for men

    I’m taking this with my husband. For me, it helped with hot flashes and night sweats. Also helped to get over insomnia. For my husband, he’s suffering for andropause and his testosterone level decreased and he’s been taking this with me as estrogen blocker. I highly recommend this to couples for those suffers in mid age symptoms just like us and based on my experience, it’s better than Amberen.

    Non stopping headache

    I don’t know for others but I started with one the first day and a light headache the second day I took it got worse today I couldn’t take it, the headache is non stop and was my way to the er I think is too strong for me, be careful the dr told me don’t take supplements without asking yr dr first. So far still have the headache and hopefully it fades out this is 16 hr after 2 nd dose. I couldn’t imagine if I had taken one more dr said do not take it, even tough most ingredients are natural the effect together is not good! Be aware and careful!
