Ich hatte den Solardachziegel bestellt und den Entlüftungsziegel erhalten. Für mich nicht verständlich da es eindeutig aussen auf der Verpackung abgedruckt ist. Da Baustelle Zeitdruck hatte, habe ich die Dachdurchführung umgeändert/angepasst, da ein angebotenen Austausch zeitlich nicht funktioniert hätte. Telefonische Rückfrage nur mit schlecht sprechendes Deutsch am Tel. Im allgemein war die Qualität ok. Aber die Falschlieferung und das schlechte Deutsch nicht eine positive Bewertung Wert ist.

Die Unterspannbahn weißt einen tiefen Schnitt durch die meisten Schichten auf. Der Verkäufer meinte natürlich, dies wäre beim auspacken passiert. Erstens war die Verpackung leicht mit der Hand zu öffnen, da der Deckel schon ziemlich lose war, zweitens wer eine Ahnung von Unterspannbahn hat, weiß, dass man von der Außenseite der Schachtel niemals soviele Schichten auf einmal durchtrennen kann. So ein Kauf wird mir natürlich nicht mehr passieren.
