Il diritto di recesso può essere effettuato entro, e non oltre, 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce inviando una mail (info@puntotropicale.com) e spedendo poi lettera raccomandata A.R.

L'esercizio del diritto di recesso comporta per l'acquirente l'onere di restituire integro il prodotto e restituito nella confezione originale, completo di ogni sua parte comprese eventuali istruzioni per l'utilizzo.

Le spese di spedizione per la restituzione della merce sono a carico dell'acquirente nel più breve tempo possibile e, comunque, non oltre i 10 giorni successivi alla comunicazione scritta della volontà di esercitare il diritto di recesso. La spedizione dovrà avvenire presso la sede del venditore Punto Tropicale S.r.l., Via Giorgio Vasari, 4 - 00196 Roma. Sull'imballo del prodotto dovrà essere posta copia della lettera raccomandata e della fattura e dovranno essere indicati il mittente (nome e cognome) e la dicitura "Recesso Punto Tropicale"; i colli resi senza copia della lettera raccomandata verranno respinti se nel frattempo non sarà pervenuta la lettera originale tramite servizio postale.

Fino all'arrivo presso la nostra sede il materiale è sotto completa responsabilità del Cliente. La società Punto Tropicale S.r.l. non risponde in alcun modo di danni, furto e/o smarrimento dei beni che viaggiano con spedizioni non assicurate.

Una volta arrivato in magazzino sarà nostra cura esaminare il prodotto per accertare che non vi siano manomissioni e/o danni. Se la confezione o l'imballo originale risulteranno danneggiati, la società Punto Tropicale S.r.l. tratterrà dal rimborso una percentuale pari al 15% del valore del prodotto quale contributo spese.

La società Punto Tropicale S.r.l., una volta valutato ed accertato quanto sopra, provvederà al rimborso di quanto pagato dal Cliente al netto delle spese di spedizione (art. 5 comma 7, D. Lgs n. 185 del 22.5.1999) entro 30 giorni dal ricevimento della comunicazione del recesso, versando l'importo sulla carta di credito del Cliente; diversamente sarà cura del Consumatore fornire tempestivamente le coordinate bancarie sulle quali ottenere il bonifico (cod. IBAN, CIN, ABI, CAB, Conto Corrente dell'intestatario della fattura)

Il diritto di recesso DECADE TOTALMENTE nel caso in cui la merce risulti: danneggiata (per cause diverse dal trasporto), manomessa, mancante di componenti o accessori, mancante di imballo e confezione originale.
