    A great cheap upgrade

    If you have an 8 - 9 year old PC with an Intel LGA775 motherboard and single or dual core processor, this is a very good way to improve its performance for about £15 rather than buying a new PC. It may not be quite as fast as a new quad core, but it still gives a Windows Experience processor score of 7.1 which is fine for everyday use, and you don't have to go through the cost and hassle of breaking in a new machine and transferring all your data. Just remember to clean off the old thermal compound from the cooler and apply some new. There's also a small chance you might break a cooler clip when you remove or replace it, but they cost pennies to replace.

    Best Quad for the Money and Great for Office and OCing

    Great I bought this because I do alot of multi programs work on my computer and I really needed a Quad core instead of a Dual core but because it wasn't enough cache bond I would get less FPS in my gaming which was disapointing on this side! It is a great Overclocker and would get up to around 5000+ mark in passmark Overclocked at 3.6GHz. This is compared to 3800 ish marks stock speed! If you want to get the best protentail out of this quad you'll have to buy a performance Motherboard Deluxe, Pro, Extreme ect... Very fast at zipping and coding files still managed to get 19890 3DMark06 with Deluxe MB on Air with Crossfired HD 4770 All processors can be OCed and if your on a budget and want the next one up if you OC then you'll be surpised how much more these processors fly through files ...

    First timer

    This is the first time I have upgraded a CPU and to be honest wasn't certain it would work in an ancient Dell Optiflex 745 but surprise surprise it did and gives the machine a slightly faster response and an improved 'Windows experience'. For the price well worth it and easy to install.

    An old processor always perfect

    For a long time I used this processor on various Pc and even if dated its performance are always good. Also the management of Win 10 and some programs video not create problems Then into consideration of its cost I can give only a judgment more that positive.
