Nach Kontakt mit Verkäufer mit Nachfrage auf Preisnachlass wurde mir dies eingeräumt. Nachdem ich feststellen musste, dass die Ware so beschädigt war, dass Probleme beim Betrieb nicht absehbar waren, habe ich um Rücksendung und Erstattung gebeten. Der Preis wurde nach Zustellung beim Händler zügig erstattet. Service und Kommunikaton gut, Verpackung verbesserungswürdig.
