Statt 15 kg nur 13,6 kg Fleisch erhalten, davon 1 kg wegen defekter Verpackung offen im Paket verteilt. Die Aufteilung der Fleischstücke nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben (Rollbraten vom Filetkotlett, Leiterchen vollfleischig und der Kammrollbraten fehlten und wurden ohne Nachfrage durch günstigere Stücke ersetzt). Nach Reklamation meinerseits wurden 5 € erstattet - finde ich sehr unverschämt.

Super Kommunikation. Fleisch war super. ABER: der Lieferservice DPD katastrophal. Werfen die das Paket einfach in den Garten meines Nachbarn und behaupten großspurig es persönlich(!) zugestellt und übergeben zu haben. Bitte in Zukunft DHL oder UPS als Lieferservice nehmen.

Das Herzfleisch ist heute angekommen. Paketlaufzeit war weniger als ein Tag. Das Fleisch war in Folienbeutel vakuumverpackt und gut gekühlt. Besser kann man es nicht machen. Die Qualität der Ware ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit den Verkäufer ebenfalls. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
