Ich habe zwei Sachen bei pearl bestellt, jedes Teil hatte Versandkosten von 2,99 €. Beide Teile wurden in einer Verpackung geliefert. Der Unterschied für eine Warenlieferung von 500g zu 1kg beträgt 0,30€. Nicht 3€. Ein ordentlicher Verkäufer hätte die überhöhten Kosten rückerstattet. Nicht so pearl. Ich bin enttäuscht und verärgert. Der Verkäufer kommunizierte nur die Standardkommunikation, kein Wort zu einer Versandkostenanpassung. Trotz 7 Tagen Wartezeit hat sich meine Meinung nicht geändert.
