Sehr guter Kundenservice mit schneller Reaktionszeit. Die Kugeln sind zwar von der Größe her nicht alle 10mm sondern +/- ein paar mm mehr und weniger. Siehe Foto, die mittlere Kugel ist 10mm. Für mich leider ein Fehlkauf. Ich brauchte präzise Abmessungen und konnte nur 32 Kugeln aus der Lieferung verwenden. Doch für den beschriebenen Verwendungszweck sollte es keine Rolle spielen. Wer die Dinger für die Zwille braucht wird Spaß daran haben.
