Der Kunde hat einen Anspruch auf nicht gedrückte und beschädigte Kartons; nicht nur die Safttasche muss heil ankommen. Sie bekamen Fotos vom stark lädierten Umkarton und nach einer sehr nüchternen Erwiderung weitere
Fotos von den beschädigten Innenkartons. Bei der ersten Lieferung habe ich das hingenommen, nun nicht mehr.
