Efectivamente el vendedor comentó que había enviado el artículo en tiempo y que había posibilidades de extravío por parte de los correos en México, mi intención no es calificarlo de manera negativa, es tener los elementos para reclamar el pedido a la paquetería por la cual fue enviada.
