Arrived damaged, the tail was broken off. There was no signs of damage to the shipping carton or product box. It seems to me that the seller damaged it when he opened the box and sent it anyway. Getting a refund is proving tortuous and the seller is rude and unhelpful, suggesting that I just glue it back on.

Item was already packed damaged by the manufacturer and shipped in original packaging from factory (poor quality control). Figure was originally secured with plastic protector which was never removed by me and the factory sealed box was opened by me only briefly for identification, without taking the item out of the protective cover, so I do not touch it by hand and sell in original mint condition. Buyer kept this case open and forced a decision by ebay, which gave me no chance of any refund!
