Artikel wurde als "neu" verkauft, zum gleichen Preis wie andere Internethändler. Beim Auspacken an Ostern fehlte die beste von 4 Figuren im Set. Auf Email-Anfrage wurde nicht geantwortet. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass auf fehlende Teile bereits im Titel hingewiesen wird oder das als Zustand "neu, siehe Beschreibung" oder "gebraucht" vom Verkäufer gewählt wurde. Retourenwelt, Du hast meinem Kind Ostern vermasselt! Artikel war ansonsten gut verpackt und wurde zügig verschickt.

Es kam tatsächlich eine nagelneue Toniebox, bei mir an, nur ein kleiner Verpackungsschaden (wie in der Artikelbeschreibung beschrieben) und dafür ein ordentlicher Preisnachlass. Ich kann den Erwerb einer Retoure sehr empfehlen. Günstiger als manche gebrauchten Tonieboxen. Die Toniebox funktioniert tadellos und hat keinen einzigen Kratzer. Die Lieferrung erfolgte schnell.
