Da ich noch keine Erfahrung mit diesem Produkt habe und aus der Artikelbeschreibung nicht hervorging das man zur Anwendung auch einen Oxidanten braucht habe ich den Verkäufer zweimal per E-Mail angeschrieben um mir einige Informationen darüber zu geben. Auch hätte ich gerne gewusst wie das Produkt anzuwenden ist, auf trockenem Haar? Einwirkzeit? Ich bekam keine Antwort. Sehr schade. Ich kann das Tönungsergebnis also auch nicht beurteilen. Schlechter bzw gar kein Kundenservice.
