Die Aale sind heute angekommen trotz Anfänglicher Skepsis sind wir positiv überrascht. Der Geschmack ist Genial Mann merkt sofort das es Wildfänge sind und auch vom Salz her perfekt nicht versalzen und super geräuchert. Bloß mit der Komonikation klappt es nicht so richtig. Aber auf jeden Fall jeder Zeit wieder.

leider waren es dieses mal drei kleine Aale, die 300 bis max. 350 Gramm, einschließlich überdimensionaler Verpackung, wogen, also viel Verpackung, Schwanz und Haut., trotzdem, sie waren sehr gut geräuchert und haben gut geschmeckt.
